 Communal Anointing of the Sick - Anointing of the Sick will be administered on Saturday, March 28 at 1 p.m. in the Church. This will not be a Mass, but a Liturgy with individual anointing. As mentioned in previous bulletins, the Sacrament of the Anointing is not just for those at the point of death, but also for those “in danger of death from sickness or old age”…for those aged in “a weakened condition even though no dangerous illness is present” and for those “before surgery when a dangerous illness is the reason for the intervention” (Catechism of the Catholic Church).
