Altar Society /Sociedad del Altar

St. Peter’s Altar Society is responsible for maintaining the reverent environment in our sanctuary. Work is done in teams of two or three each week. Washing and pressing altar linens, cleaning the altar, side altars and sacristy, filling the holy water fonts, and watering flowers are some of the tasks they accomplish each week.

Several members have been in the Altar Society for many years. Others are relatively new, but all enjoy their work and friendship with each other as they serve together in this important ministry. New members are always welcome. Call Lily Pérez on 240-300-0454.
